Jesus, at last, arise

Verse 1
Jesus, at last arise
T’ avenge me of my foe,
Thy justice exercise,
Thy righteous anger show;
These sins that hold my soul in thrall,
These tyrant sins destroy them all.

Verse 2
With patience I attend
For that redeeming word,
Which makes my troubles end,
Which bids me serve my Lord,
And brings me forth with joy and peace
Into the land of righteousness.
