Jesus, from Thy holy place

Verse 1
Jesus, from thy holy place,
Thy dwelling in the sky,
Fill our church with righteousness,
Our want of faith supply;
Faith our strong salvation be,
And godliness with all its power
’Stablish our prosperity,
’Till time shall be no more.

Verse 2
Let thy Spirit of grace o’er-flow
Our re-converted land,
Let the least and greatest know,
And bow to thy command;
Wisdom pure, religious fear
Our king’s peculiar treasure prove,
Blest with piety sincere,
Inspir’d with humble love.
