Moses with the church abode

Moses with the church abode
Trav’ling o’re the wilderness,
Heard the awful Angel-God
Uttering laws for all our race;
Christ, the Father’s Messenger,
God himself with us abides,
Leads us by his Spirit here,
To the heavenly Canaan guides.
