Stand we for a season still

Stand we for a season still
Doubting of th’ Almighty’s will,
Humble fear our God t’ offend
Doth our active powers suspend:
But Thou wilt thy face display,
By thy word direct our way,
Shew whate’er Thou hast design’d
Teach us all thy Spirit’s mind.
