The Father’s delight Shall surely be ours

Verse 1
The Father’s Delight Shall surely be ours,
Who taste in his right The heavenly powers,
Who sav’d by the merit Of Jesus’s blood
Lay claim to the Spirit, And kingdom of God.

Verse 2
The grace of our Head His members receive
The Spirit is shed On all that believe,
With Jesus the favor Of God we regain,
And join’d to our Saviour Eternally reign.
