Christ; who now gone up on high,
Captive leads captivity, (Ps. 68:18, Eph. 4:8)
While his foes from him receive
Grace, that God with man may live. (Ps. 68:18; Ezek. 37:27; Rev. 21:3)

God, the everlasting God, (Isa. 40:28)
Makes with mortals his abode, (John 14:23)
