Jehovah, God and Lord

Verse 1
Jehovah God and Lord
Of all in earth and sky
Arrests the servant of his word,
And lifts him up on high: (Ezek. 8:3)
The Spirit lifts him up: (Ezek. 8:3)
The Lord of hosts is he,
Sole object of our faith and hope,
God from eternity. (Ps. 90:2)

Verse 2
He is our God alone, (Isa. 45:5)
All others we disclaim,
One with the Father and the Son, (I John 5:7)
Essentially the same:
He his whole church shall raise (Eph. 2:6, Col. 3:1-4)
To glorious joys above, (Ps. 16:11)
And bless us in that heavenly place,
And crown us with his love. (Ps. 103:4)
