Who boast their form of godliness

Verse 1
Who boast their form of godliness
Most cruel enmity express
To them that Jesus know;
Idolaters assistance give,
With hospitable love receive,
And kindest pity show.

Verse 2
Mercy from savages we find
(When Jesus hath their hearts inclin’d)
In the distressing hour,
While Christians, civiliz’d in vain,
As sheep appointed to be slain
The saints of God devour.
