Who can deny the Patriots their praise?

Who can deny the Patriots their praise?
All Order is inverted in our days;
“King, Lords, and Commons” is no more the thing
But Commons, Lords, and after that—The King:
We see the Subjects on their Sovereign tread
The Crown beneath the Mace, the RUMP above the Head!
