Fly, sinners, fly to David’s Son

Verse 1
Fly, sinners, fly to David’s Son,
Distrest, indebted, and undone,
Him for your Captain chuse,
Let him your ruin’d cause maintain;
The worst, and most forlorn of men
He never will refuse.

Verse 2
If such thou wilt indeed receive,
Captain, to thee my name I give,
The poorest outcast I,
And joining now the desperate band,
And subjected to thy command,
With thee I live and die.
