Give me, Lord, if Thou art he

Give me, Lord, if thou art he,
Deaf to hear, and blind to see,
Lame, to walk in all thy ways,
Dead, to live the life of grace;
Bid my leprosy depart,
Preach thyself into my heart;
Satisfied, when thou art given,
I seek no more in earth or heaven.

Hymnal/Album: Originally titled “Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another?”—[Matt.] xi. 3.
